Events

We will meet at Harris Creek at 9:45 am and head to Speegleville Marina from there. You will need to have eaten breakfast before arriving at the church. We will have a boat (or two) at the marina shuttling students to a houseboat we have rented for the day that will be parked in the middle of the lake. Once all of the students and leaders have arrived on the houseboat, we will begin using the other boats to take students tubing, skiing, and fishing. We will use the houseboat for swimming, fishing, and other games. There will be food to make sandwiches for lunch whenever the students get hungry, and we will grill hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner. There will be a time of worship with Drew Greenway leading music and a Bible study based on a story involving water. We will shuttle the students back to shore afterwards and will be back to Harris Creek by 10:00 pm. We also need every student to have a current release form signed before going on this event.
