Minutes of the Board of Elders - October 16, 2008

1. A meeting of the Board of Elders of Harris Creek Baptist Church was held October 16, 2008. In attendance were Pastor James Tippit; Stefan LeRow, Chairman; Chris Holmes, Vice-Chairman; Conrad Robison; Kirk Wakefield;; Bill Killian, Chairman of the Deacon Body; and David Britt, Executive Pastor.

2. Brother Tippit opened the meeting in prayer.

3. Brother Robison reviewed the financial report of the church.

4. Brother Tippit presented a report regarding the development and refinement of the church
