Ways to Serve With Our College Ministry
Life Group Leader
We believe that the key to finding community in our College Ministry is by joining a Life Group. As a leader, you (and potentially your co-leader) are expected to organize a weekly meeting and guide the conversation. If you want to influence 6-12 college guys or girls on a weekly basis, this is the place for you! No experience required.
Life Group Shepherd
If discipling/mentoring college students is your jam, this is the role for you! We are trying to pair every single Life Group Leader with an adult to help shepherd them as they shepherd their Life Groups. You would meet every other week with a pair of Life Group Leaders in order to hold them accountable in their walk with God, problem solve any issues with their Life Group, and pray for them. You would be the “go-to” person for these Life Group Leaders if a problem comes up in group or if they need additional wisdom. Life Group Shepherds report directly to College Ministry Staff.
7p Frontlines Team
This team is in charge of the entire environment at our 7p service. It is their job to make it the most welcoming experience possible. If you want to help make church feel like home, then join this team to make an impact on every person attending!
