Welcome Home! We are thanking God for all He did, is doing, and will do at Harris Creek. Last night was incredible. Our hearts are so full. God is on the move here!

Last night at our Family Reunion, we celebrated with worship, baptisms, games, and much more. The church showed up, and it only made us more excited about the weeks to come.

Our elders and staff put together a plan for gathering in person. We know this is a time of much division, disagreement, and strong opinions. Please know that we’ve done all we know to do to seek God’s will. If you disagree with anything, please pray for us that we would listen harder and hear more clearly so that God would change our hearts or yours. Here’s what you need to know:

In-person services are back on in the Auditorium at 9a, 11a, and 7p. We’re asking you to wear a mask when you walk in and out of the Auditorium, but we’re going to do all we can to make this service as normal as we responsibly can.

We’re also offering a mask-only service for those wanting to exercise more caution and the immunocompromised. This service will be in Stage 2, and you’ll be able to enter and exit through the Youth Entrance. Chairs will be spaced out, and the service will mirror on screen what is happening in the Auditorium.

We can’t wait to see your kids! Kids Ministry is back on for newborns through 4th grade, with limited capacity at the 9a and 11a services. Registration is required in advance, and because we have limited spots, you’ll want to register your kids ASAP. Registration will open at noon every Wednesday at harriscreek.org/register (this link won’t work until then). You can find every detail and procedure for how we’re going to care for your children here. You are welcome to bring any of your kids with you into our main services in the auditorium.

The 7p service is moving from Downtown to our Sunwest Campus. We will focus on creating a unique service for our college students and young adults, but anyone who is passionate about college students and young adults is welcome to come. (We will not offer Kids Ministry at the 7p service.)

For those of you who aren’t ready to meet in person, we’ll continue to provide you with resources for you and your Life Group to worship together in a way that promotes true discipleship of families and children of all ages. We just ask that you don’t go about this alone. We want to see Life Groups catering to the members of their group with the most sensitive consciences (or strongest convictions). Watch the service together, be responsible, and have fun! We’ll continue to update harriscreek.org/churchathome with resources to make your Church at Home experience the best it can be.

Additionally, our Youth Ministry will be meeting in smaller groups instead of their large group Mountaintop. To get connected with a youth Life Group, contact Derek Davidson.

Integrate (5th and 6th grade) will be moving their meeting time off of Sunday mornings to Wednesdays, 6p, at the church to allow for a safer, smaller environment.

We’re starting a new series, “Conflicted,” and it might be the most important series JP has ever preached. You won’t want to miss it! We can’t wait to continue to engage the lost, equip the saints, and empower members for service with you, once again IN PERSON!

We love you, Church Family. The best is yet to come. See you on Sunday!
