ChildrenThe Mission of the Harris Creek Baptist Church Children's Ministry is to lay a foundation for spiritual growth in the lives of our children that will lead them to the important step of accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and then to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus. Preschoollaying foundations | loving childrenOur Preschool Ministry serves children, infants through Kindergarten. Our goal is to guide your child toward a lifetime of love for the Lord. Learning about God begins in the earliest years of life, so in the nursery, your child will be held and told gently, “Jesus loves you.” Loving teachers share God’s love through stories, songs, and play time. Our preschoolers learn about God through age-appropriate Bible stores, music, crafts, activities, and more! Our wonderful team of teachers love children and love teaching them about God! Childrenlaying foundations | teaching childrenOur Children’s Ministry serves children, 1st through 6th grades. Our goal is to provide children with the best opportunity and experience for spiritual growth. We offer Bible-based, Christ-focused, Spirit-directed, and activity-oriented programs that make learning about God fun! YouthThe Youth Ministry seeks to provide students with a fun environment where they can encounter God, connect with others, and develop their faith. We have weekly events for students to fellowship together and dive into the Word. We also have special events throughout the year to provide further opportunities for fun, fellowship and development. Collegeconnecting studentsCollege students are an important part of the Harris Creek community. We want to connect college students to God, to each other, to the church, and to the world. Join us this week for worship, study, and community. Womenconnect | nurture | growThe Harris Creek Women’s Ministry connects women to one another, nurtures them, helps them grow in their relationship with each other as well as their relationship with Jesus Christ, and provides service opportunities in which women can serve those in our community. Adultscommunity | growth | lifeAt Harris Creek, we believe that God created us for community and that we cannot be fulfilled unless we find a place to unite our hearts and lives together with others. The relationships we build in community affect our Life: our health, our work, our recreation, and our families. Whether you are single or married, have kids or don’t, heading into the “real world” or enjoying the fruit of a long career, our Life Classes are designed to help you cultivate community and aid you in growing both spiritually and socially. Worship Ministrymusic | media | creative artsOur mission is to use people who have been blessed with artistic gifts and abilities to enhance the worship experience at Harris Creek. We seek to cultivate a worshipful atmosphere through musical, technical, and artistic excellence and achieve this by having a heart for true worship. Our goal is to usher the body of Christ into worship through many different and meaningful avenues. |
