Youth

We exist to help students take ownership of their faith

It’s our goal to create an environment to help middle school and high school students take ownership of their faith. Students who own their faith have an intimate relationship with God, a deep love for others, and a heart of service for the world around them. This happens when students see God’s activity in and around their lives, and they decide to join Him in His work.

Youth Gathering

Youth Gathering is our Sunday night gathering for students 6-12th grade from 6-8p. This gathering meets at Harris Creek three Sundays each month. Please reach out to youth@harriscreek.org for any questions.

Life Group Night

We believe every person in the Body of Christ needs to be in an intentional community. This is why every student in our Youth Ministry is placed in a life group split by age and gender. Life groups meet once a month on Sunday evenings in host homes from 6-8p.

Sunday Services

We want our youth students to be able to worship alongside our church community as a whole. We encourage our youth students to attend one of our main worship services on Sunday mornings with their family and friends.

  • We believe in intentional discipleship and helping students take ownership of their faith. Our desire is for them to worship alongside their families and church body and serve the church with the gifts God has given them on Sunday mornings. We believe this is the best way to help prepare students to follow Jesus as adults.

  • Youth can serve in a number of ways including our Kids Ministry (Create, Integrate, and Navigate), or on Frontlines. Junior and Seniors also have the opportunity to serve on our Student Leadership Team (SLT). You can click here for service opportunities.
