Monday | Ask for guidance and provision as we plan to expand our property. (Proverbs 16:3; Psalm 90:17; Philippians 4:19)

Our Kids Baptism Class is designed for Kinder through 5th-grade students to explore the foundations of faith and understand the significance of baptism in a fun and meaningful way. This class is a required step for any child interested in being baptized. Plus, it's a special experience for parents too—one parent is required to attend alongside their child as we dive into this important milestone together.

Emma miars | youth

My name is Emma Miars, and I am on the youth team at Harris Creek. My family moved to Waco when I was four and started going to Harris Creek after me and my sisters begged our parents to keep going because of how fun the kids ministry was. I grew up in Harris Creek’s youth ministry and during the 7 years I was there I learned what it was like to own my faith and grew a love for teaching the Bible. I attended Texas A&M University (class of 2024 whoop!) and spent my summers in college working at Pine Cove. After I graduated, I moved back to Waco to do Harris Creek’s residency program and now I get to stay on our student team! I wholeheartedly believe that this next generation is going to change the world- there is nowhere else I would rather be than walking alongside these students!
