Madden pearce /// worship
My name is Madden Pearce, and I serve in worship and administration here at Harris Creek! I was born in North Carolina, raised in sunny San Diego, CA, and eventually found my way to Waco in 2021 to begin my undergraduate journey at Baylor University. Ever since my freshman year, Harris Creek has been more than a church, it’s been home! After graduating in May 2025, I stepped into the incredible opportunity of joining the 2025–2026 Harris Creek Residency class, where I focused on worship and production ministries. That season stretched me, shaped me, and further confirmed my calling. Since completing the residency, I’ve had the privilege of transitioning onto full-time staff. I’m passionate about worship ministry and love investing in and discipling worship leaders as they grow in their gifts and identity in Christ. My heart for the mission of Harris Creek and its people truly runs deep. It is an honor to co-labor for the Kingdom alongside so many who are on fire for Jesus!
